ANNUAL DELINQUENT TAX SALE

DATE OF SALE:    

December 5, 2023 (Tuesday) at 10:00 am cst

LOCATION:   

Clark County Courthouse, 501 Archer Avenue, Marshall, IL 62441  (Sign-in at the Treasurer's Office)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  

Attendees must be registered 10 business days prior to date of sale.  

Last day to register is November 17,2023.

Please mail or bring registration form to the Clark County Treasurer's office by above deadline.

      A W-9 form must be completed and signed the day of sale prior to purchasing.

DELINQUENT TAX LIST:   

To receive a delinquent tax list prior to the day of sale, please pay $10.00 for list fee with registration form.
