Dallas grew up in Annapolis, IL and went to
school in Hutsonville, graduating in 1997.
He then attended the University of Illinois,
graduating in 2001 with a bachelor’s of
science in engineering.
After college, he was employed with a
consulting firm The Farnsworth Group for
almost eight years. He worked in St. Louis,
Bloomington and Effingham, with the majority
of his time in Effingham.

Projects and Notices
-
County and Township roads are being
posted to 10,000 lbs from January
4, 2010 thru April 3, 2010. Permission
may be requested from the County Engineer
for County roads or the duly elected Road
Commissioner of the specific Township to use
Township roads that are posted, as weather
conditions warrant. You may call the County
Highway office at (217) 826-8056 during the
hours of 7 a.m. – 4:00 p.m or after hours
answering may be checked for county road
status.
2. Township & County 2010 General
Maintenance Letting for rock will be held
Feb 11, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at County
Highway Office.
3. County Engineer will be out
inspecting County and Township Bridges that
are due for inspection this spring.
4. County has purchased (1) new Tandem.
5. Dennison Road culvert replacement is
scheduled for March 2010 letting.
